Structural Assessments
Structural assessments are a series of observations of a structure that allow an engineer to opine on the integrity of the structure and its components. These evaluations involve visual observations of structural members such as walls, beams, slabs, foundations, foundation/retaining walls, connections, etc. Deficiencies in members can be observed by observations for deflections, movements, cracks, and material distress or deterioration.

TECStructural is experienced with both the design and construction process. We have experience performing Pay Application reviews for multiple banks and entities throughout the southeast. We can help verify that projects are on budget and that the scheduled monetary values being claimed match the construction progress.
